Shipping Information

Most in-stock items are shipped within 5-7 business days. However, due to the hand-made nature of some products, and travel schedule, orders could take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted of any delays within 3 days of placing your order. It's helpful to provide us with need-by date, if applicable, at the time of ordering. Items ordered together may be shipped separately.

~We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Wholesale Orders - To maximize savings, we are not able to pre-calculate shipping costs and provide an estimate prior to shipment. Size tends to increase shipping costs more than weight in our case, and we try to optimize our shipments as best we can.

Journey Home Made's default shipping, for retail orders, is ground, handled by USPS or UPS.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority shipping is available on request. Orders that must be rushed and sent Priority need to be handled by phone to ensure items are in stock and shipment is possible.

TRUCKING

For large orders, shipments may be deferred to a trucking carrier. Due to constantly fluctuating prices, we do not have a standard carrier. We will contact you if we think this option will provide savings over our regular shipping.

BACKORDERS
If an item you ordered is backordered, you will be informed within 3 days. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.

Returns & Exchanges

At Journey Home Made, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for return authorization, within 5 days of the delivery date. When returning merchandise for a refund or credit, there must not be any writing, pricing, marks, devaluing damage on the item itself, or the package it was contained in.
